OngoingYelahankaOne tall tower on 3 acres, so each floor has only a few neighbours. Works are well under way and handover is targeted for December 2028, one of the nearer dates on this page.
New LaunchMarathahalliFive towers with 475 homes on roughly 9.4 acres. A skating rink and a co-working space are planned inside the community. Handover is set for October 2030.
