Century has land parcels big enough for this, and the group says it holds more than 3,000 acres. In Bangalore, the plans on this page range from 25-acre adventure-themed layouts to a 135-acre plotted township and a 50-acre mixed township with offices and a proposed hotel.
Most townships are built in phases. That means the first phase gets RERA registration and construction first, while later phases follow. Check which phase a price or possession date refers to before you decide.
