The latest launches are spread across three types of buyers. Luxury towers in Jakkur suit those who want large homes near the airport road. Yelahanka and Doddaballapur offer family homes at lower rates. Marathahalli gives you a Whitefield-side address, and the plotted layouts give you land from under ₹1 crore.
Launch rates are usually the lowest you will see before construction picks up, which is why many buyers move early. The flip side is a longer wait for your keys, so match the handover year to your plans.

New LaunchJakkurFive towers and 334 homes sit inside the big Immencity township. Around 75% of the land stays open, and the clubhouse is close to 40,000 sq ft. Handover is expected around 2030–31.
New LaunchYelahankaPhase 1 has 458 homes. Yelahanka station is about 4 km away and the clubhouse has tennis, basketball and badminton courts. RERA handover date is March 2031.
New LaunchMarathahalliFive towers with 475 homes on roughly 9.4 acres. A skating rink and a co-working space are planned inside the community. Handover is set for October 2030.
New LaunchMarathahalliBuilt around a 2.2-acre central park, with a 35,000 sq ft clubhouse and covered parking for 570 vehicles. Press reports say pre-launch bookings crossed ₹405 Cr. The same towers are also marketed as Mirai.
New LaunchDoddaballapurA compact 4-acre community of 272 homes and the lowest apartment entry price on this page. Internal roads use solar lights and the plan includes a sewage treatment plant. Possession is April 2031.
