Century started life as a land business, and plots are still a big part of its work. The newer layouts sit north of the city, close to the airport and the Bellary Road belt, where land is wider and prices are lower than inside Bangalore.
Standard plot sizes are 30x40 ft (1,200 sq ft), 30x50 ft (1,500 sq ft) and 40x60 ft (2,400 sq ft), with some odd-shaped and larger plots. Layouts usually come with gated entry, wide roads, parks and a clubhouse.
Two plotted projects on this page already have RERA numbers, and the rest are pre-launch or early. We mark each one clearly. One layout is in Mysuru, which is outside Bangalore, and it is labelled that way.
These two layouts carry RERA numbers and fixed possession dates, which makes them the safest to compare first.
OngoingDevanahalliA small, RERA-registered layout of just 49 plots on 2.84 acres. Possession is due by 31 May 2028. Brigade Signature Towers and the Hardware Park are close by.
New LaunchAirport RoadPart of a 135-acre plotted township. Phase 1 covers 11.86 acres and Phase 2 adds five parks. The airport is about 9 km away and RERA possession is August 2029.

Pre-LaunchDevanahalliAn adventure-themed layout on about 25 acres with roughly 346 plots, camping zones, archery and a lake pier. Reports say Phase 1 sold out within a day of pre-launch.
Pre-LaunchBellary RoadA very large plotted plan whose first phase covers 40 acres, with a clubhouse, mini theatre and skating rink. RERA is in progress, so sizes and rates are not announced yet.
Pre-LaunchDevanahalliA township plan that mixes apartments and plots, with a business centre, pool and pet zone. Land size and RERA are not final, so the March 2029 date is only an aim.
