Marathahalli is a busy junction in East Bangalore, where Old Airport Road, the Outer Ring Road and Varthur Road meet. It is the gateway to the ORR tech corridor, Whitefield and Indiranagar, which is why it stays in demand among office-goers.
Century has two launched towers here: Century Mirai at Munnekolalu and Codename Fast Forward next to Marathahalli Bridge. Silk City and Century Marathahalli (Varthur Road) are at pre-launch. Homes are 2, 3 and 4 BHK, with sizes from 1,375 sq ft to 3,115 sq ft.
Prices on the cards start near ₹2.16 crore, and Fast Forward's 3 BHK starts near ₹2.6 crore. Two of these cards list the same size range because they are the same development under different names, and we mark that on the card.
