A 4 BHK is a home for a large or joint family, or for a couple who want guest rooms, a study and a prayer room without squeezing. These homes are bigger, quieter and usually sit in the more premium towers of a project.
Century lists 4 BHK homes in 11 projects on this page. The most affordable are in Yelahanka and Marathahalli, from about ₹2 crore. In Jakkur the price starts near ₹6 crore, and on the Indiranagar golf-course side it goes higher, with duplex townhouses and penthouses above.
Sizes run from about 1,960 sq ft to over 4,100 sq ft. Because the spread is so wide, check carefully whether the area you are told is carpet or built-up.

New LaunchMarathahalliFive towers with 475 homes on roughly 9.4 acres. A skating rink and a co-working space are planned inside the community. Handover is set for October 2030.
New LaunchMarathahalliBuilt around a 2.2-acre central park, with a 35,000 sq ft clubhouse and covered parking for 570 vehicles. Press reports say pre-launch bookings crossed ₹405 Cr. The same towers are also marketed as Mirai.
New LaunchJakkurFive towers and 334 homes sit inside the big Immencity township. Around 75% of the land stays open, and the clubhouse is close to 40,000 sq ft. Handover is expected around 2030–31.
